How to Install & Use the Template Kit
- Install the Envato Elements Plugin
- Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress dashboard and install the Envato Elements plugin.
- Upload the Template Kit
- Download the Scootie Template Kit file (do not unzip). Go to Elements > Installed Kits in WordPress and click the Upload Template Kit button to import.
- Activate Required Plugins
- After importing the kit, click the Install Requirements button to activate the necessary plugins (MetForm, Elementor, etc.).
- Import Templates
- Import the Global Kit Styles first, then proceed to import individual templates. These will appear under Templates > Saved Templates in Elementor.
- Create a New Page
- Go to Pages > Add New, click Edit with Elementor, and set the page settings to Elementor Full Width while hiding the page title.
- Import & Customize Pages
- Click the gray folder icon to access My Templates, then import the desired page. Customize it to suit your rental business.
How to Set Up MetForms
- Import the MetForm Templates
- Import the MetForm Booking and MetForm Contact templates.
- Edit Forms
- Right-click on the page with the form and enable the Navigator. Locate the MetForm widget, click Edit Form, and select your desired template.
- Update & Customize
- After the form loads, make any desired changes and click Update & Close to save your work.
Setting Up Header & Footer
- Import Header & Footer Templates
- Go to Appearance > Header Footer and click Add New. Select Header for the display settings and publish.
- Repeat the process for the footer.
- Edit with Elementor
- Click Edit with Elementor, import the corresponding header/footer template, and click Update.
